About Me
I’m a Psychotherapist, Coach & Consulting Psychologist — working with individuals, couples, family offices and organisations globally.
I support my clients through individual engagements, group work, coaching programs, leadership development, workshops and training, facilitation and retreats.
Underpinning my work is a deep understanding of human psychology with over 11,000 hours of experience working in private practice, a Masters of Applied Psychology from Stanford University & diploma of Social Science at the University of Southampton.
My approach is primarily through the lens of Psychodynamic and Existential Psychology, although I am well versed in several modalities and blend approaches as it best supports the journey. I offer some short term interventions especially during challenging life transitions — but the core of my work is the deep work of finding, confronting and knowing the self. Many of my clients begin with very material challenges, but through our work find themselves deep in the matters beyond material. The deep work of individual and collective energy, the work of the heart and the soul.
I'm a Member of:
+ American Psychological Association (APA)
+ British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)
+ Institute of Coaching (IOC)
+ Society for Industry and Organisational Psychology (SIOP)
Before starting my practice, I had over 10 years experience working in strategy consulting, operations and marketing and co-founded two technology ventures, one through to exit.
